You are solely responsible for protecting your account and/or password or any other account information.
The use of names and information provided during the formation process is the sole responsibility of the user.
Do not use Looader’s services if you do not agree with the Terms of Use described. Submitting this form indicates your acceptance of these Terms of Use.
Privacy
The user agrees and authorizes the use of their personal data, such as access to cookies, in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the New York Privacy Law.
Responsibilities of Both Parties
The user expressly agrees that Looader will not be responsible for any of the following:
Any data loss, if it occurs, is the full responsibility of the user.
The use of access codes and key security is the sole responsibility of the user.
Any relationship or transaction conducted by third parties.
Looader agrees to be responsible for the following:
Delivery of the service on the agreed-upon date.
Looader will provide the services purchased through our website, whether a package with multiple services or a single service, according to its availability, which should be checked before contracting.
Looader is responsible for hosting and making the contracted service available.
Payments
The payment for services is made directly on the designated page of our website and/or app, using the payment method chosen by the client. Payments are recurring; if the client chooses to pay by credit card, the amount for the chosen service will be automatically charged to the registered card each month. If the payment is made by bank transfer, an invoice will be sent monthly to the registered email according to the contracted service.
Access Codes
Looader is a distributor of subscription-based game keys; our duty is to provide our users with access to and availability of these codes.
